Learning the tricks

This is the second one I've replaced and it's important to order the right size and review the installation tips. Installation is a little tricky, but works great once installed.

Cable good, installation terrble

Cable gets a 5 star. But 3 star for trolly design. Cable replacement was not on the engineers mind when designing this walker. First, it breaks at the same place in the upper handle. Second, you literally have to take the whole thing apart and have about 2 hours to accomplish the replacement. A second pair of hands also helps. I've had to do this 3 times.

The cable was fine but the service was terrible. This is the second cable I have ordered due to the faulty information on the web page which steered me towards the wrong cable. When I called the company on the 20th and ordered the correct cable I was told that the cable would be sent that day. This did not happen. I called again on the 28th inquiring about a tracking number so I could locate the cable. Once this was provided to me I learned that the cable had never been sent!! It was sent the day I called. This cable is for my 95 year old fathers walker which he relies on. We've had to rent another walker until his could be repaired. I hope in the future should I need parts I can find a different more reliable company
