Shipping Information & Estimates

We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible! To help us ensure a smooth delivery, please review our current shipping guidelines

• Estimated Fulfilment Time: Please reference the map below for estimated arrival times for shipments from our primary warehouse in Palmetto Georgia.
• Shipping Services: We ship all orders with Fedex whewnever possible. For some medical equipment a specialty shipper may be used.
• Standard Shipping: Orders with Free Shipping are processed within 48 hours and typically arrive within 4–6 business days.
• QuickShip Orders: These are processed within 24 hours and guaranteed to arrive in 2–4 business days—or your money back!
• California Orders: Please add one additional day to the estimated delivery time for all orders shipping to California.
• Processing Times: Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, on weekends, or during federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Important Shipping Notes

• Address Requirements: At this time, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
• Regional Restrictions: We currently only ship to the contiguous United States and cannot fulfill orders to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada.
