You are my new go-to people for keeping my favorite wheelchair up and running smoothly. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service in the products that are needed not only for first time owners, but for those of us that purchased our mobility products years ago. I fell in love with the Drive Rebel Wheelchair as compared to any other I've had the misfortune of owning. And I'm sorry to say that I was very disappointed in Drive when they chose not to continue using the same wonderful feature that this lightweight wheelchair had. So I bought two. and kept hoping that I'd be able to find wheels and such when they needed replacing. A hard thing to do years down the road. But, then I found your company and I'm so happy. (Please make or get a feature that allows you to tell customers when the products they've purchase from you are to be no longer available, so they a chance to stock up on them). I will definitely be a return customer.
