Rollator was out of commission (bent left fork and wheel) new ones were on back order at the VA hospital,I couldn't go anywhere without one, my son look them up on line and order the part ,a few days later new wheel and fork came in my son put the new parts on ( which he said was easy to installand I was able leave the house which was wonderful

Excellent Part, Instructions Needed

The Nitro rollator and its replacement parts are of excellent quality, but instructions for replacing the FRONT wheel assembly would be most helpful. (REAR wheel assembly instructions are readily available.) The old ball bearing assemblies were immovably jammed into the base of the rollator as if welded. Could not budge them by any method. An instruction manual that deals with such contingencies would be most helpful. I had to leave the old ball bearing in the rollator and only replaced the old wheel itself & its ball bearings. It was frustrating and unsatisfactory -- but the parts themselves are very well made.

Fit is perfect - color is off, but walker's owner doesn't care

The Front Left Wheel and Fork Replacement kit was a perfect fit, and very easy to replace (you need metric tools). My friend's Nitro Rollator has satin silvertone wheels, and the replacement was a decidedly gray color, but my friend said he didn't care, this is a spare unit that gets used when traveling and needing to gate check it. (That might be how it got damaged in the first place, actually.) HME shipped promptly, it was well packaged and we're happy with our transaction.
