Yes, a perfect fit

This is a good wheel, designed specifically to fit the Drive rollator R728, which is the rollator I have. You'll need an Allen wrench and a pair of pliers to unscrew the axle bolt, which is very easy. The broken wheel fell off all by itself, and it was easy to slip the new wheel into the "fork," slide the bolt in, and tighten the nut. All done in 2 minutes.
If ever I need parts for my rollator, I know to come here to HME to find it.
