Fit great on my Drive Spitfire

Easy buy with a good price. Only hard part was getting the screws out of the old broken case in order to get the batteries out. I had to break the lid on the old one in order to get the lid off. Once the batteries were installed, it was easy getting it together. A long magnetized phillips head screwdriver was needed to get the screws seated. It charged up fine, installed on the scooter and it's good to go.

The new cases should include a long handle phillips head screwdriver and new nuts and bolts for battery terminals. It did include the 8 lower screws.

Scout extended run battery box

The box came well packaged and undamaged. However the the charge fuse inside the box , a 5 amp, was very low quality. After putting the batteries in the box it wouldn't charge. I took it apart and thought it was a broken wire because the fuse tested good but upon closer inspection the wire in the fuse was shorting out. Replaced it and it charged correctly.
The box in the ad showed the Scout name on the side but didn't have it. Generic version I guess. Otherwise it was the best deal I could find price wise. Would probably buy again.
