My husband uses the walker or two walking poles. The cane holder will fit one pole. It was too expensive for me to want to purchase two of them. There were no instructions and a second piece also arrived and I did not know how to use it or what it was for. This was purchased as a Christmas gift. I will know more after Christmas when I see how my husband likes it.
