Bathing

Key Points:

• Bathtubs and shower stalls should have at least two handrails to hold on to as you get in and out.
• If you sit on a tub transfer bench or shower chair while showering, use a hand held shower head.
• All bathtubs and shower stalls should have a non-skid rubber bath mat.  All bath rugs should have a rubber backing.
