Shipping and Delivery

HME Medical Shop Offers Free Shipping and Delivery on all it's items! This includes order processing, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times for Free Shipping, thouigh offer Express Shipping with guaranteed delivery times. All days are business days, though Fedex and UPS do offer Saturday and Sunday delivery in some areas.

Deliveries typically occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (EST). Orders you place with HME Medical Shop late on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until Monday. Charges may be added to orders with Priority, Overnight and Express shipping if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once.

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam are not available at this time.

Damaged Items

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date. It will be replaced at no charge to you.

Returns and Replacements

We want you to be completely happy with your HME Medical Shop order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

Return Policy

New and unused products must be returned within 30 days. For Exchanges, simply set up a return and purchase the needed item. Parts and Bath & Hygiene products cannot be returned once used or opened. Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Used items are not eligible for return, though will be covered under their warranty. A 15% restocking Fee and The Cost of Return Shipping Will Be Deducted from the Refund.

Returning Merchandise by Mail

We will provide a prepaid shipping via email. We will use thelowest published shipping rate by FedEx or USPS. You may request a Detailed Shipping Quote at FedEx.com or USPS.com for the shipping cost.

Please allow 10 to 14 days for HME Medical Shop to process your return and Refund.
